Proven professional for a no-stress experience.
Signature Outdoors owner, Cory Bowen, started in the trades at a very young age, honing his craftsmanship and industry knowledge for the past four decades. In the early years, while working for others, Cory felt the frustration of witnessing negative client experiences, whether a result of shoddy work, bad communication, or high-pressure sales. So, Cory determined to always do things better.
A North Carolina Licensed General Contractor, Cory has run very successful contracting businesses over the past 30 years, most recently a concrete company. (He also holds an Americal Concrete Institute certification.) He’s enjoyed every minute, meticulously crafting projects and exceeding the expectations of every customer.
Slower pace, superior focus.
Cory’s work has kept him going at full speed—high volumes, simultaneous projects, multiple crews. All while never compromising on quality or excellent customer service. Launching Signature Outdoors gives Cory a chance to level up the passion he has for his work—and for the homeowner experience. This fresh venture enables him and his talented crew to take on larger-scale hardscape projects while offering customers a great peace of mind as their dream outdoor retreat is coming to life.
Providing thoughtful consultations and clear communication, Cory’s process is completely transparent. The pre-construction meeting level-sets the project, confirming selections and schedules, and answering any lingering questions. Any challenges that do arise (weather issues, material delays, etc.) are quickly communicated to the customer, and solutions found.
